WHO WE ARE
Heart for the City is a multi-cultural, multi-generational church with a relaxed and genuine atmosphere shaped for real people to learn, grow and connect with their Father God. This is for everyone – and so our church consists of and reaches every culture, colour, background and walk of life.
We know that we’re not perfect (not even close!) and believe that the Church of Jesus Christ is not a place of judgement but of loving community. We are all on a life-long journey of growth and so we might as well travel on that journey together. Every person has their own unique story and experiences, we believe God meets people wherever they are at in their story and wants to change lives! We want our lives to shine the love, mercy, grace, compassion and big-heartedness of Christ to bless others and so they too may see the Heart of God in our lives.
So come as you are, dress comfortable (we all do) and meet a friendly, diverse community!

KidCity is a safe and secure community of Kids, we have separate programs and spaces for babies through to 11 year olds. Our Team believe in the future and destiny of our kids – so we want to support parents in unwrapping the potential and giftings inside each precious child and help them to explore who they were created to be.

Young & Dangerous (YD) is the youth department of Heart for the City Church.
The ‘YD’ program runs Friday nights from 6:30pm.

Heart for the City has a large community in the Young Adult age range and so we have a Young Adults service and Young Adult programs to help build healthy and lasting relationships! This is such a pivotal age in which ones whole life set out before them – so we are building a Young Adult community of faith who can thrive, succeed and grow together.

The Love of God is practical and functional! This is both the origin, the history and the future of the Church of Jesus Christ – when functioning as it should it has always sought to love and assist those who are in need. We intend to continue in that powerful legacy with sacrificial conviction and strength, and increasingly so as our Church community and resource grows.
